American Bully. The name says it all. These wonderful canines were created through selective breeding of the UKC and ADBA American Pit Bull Terrier and the AKC AMStaff. This was done in an effort to create a perfect image of the breed's true traits, and move away from the negative image given to the APBT. They have been bred to have a wonderful, family oriented temperment, strong determination, un-ending loyalty, awesome physical traits that include strong, muscular conformation with blocky heads and thick bone, with sizes ranging from Pocket Bullies to the XXL Bully. We are dedicated to offer you the best that the Razors Edge bloodline has to offer. We breed standard American Bullies and Pocket Bullies. We support the American Bully Kennel Club in its effort to create a registry
for all Bully Breeds, not just the American Bully. We breed to produce sound, excellent tempered Bullies. We aim for correct conformation, and though we cannot guarantee how each puppy will turn out, we aim to breed for blocky heads, impressive bone and muscle, with proportional height and compactness that give these dogs the reputation that has become notorious to the Bully world. Health and satisfaction are our main goals when it comes to raising and selling our puppies. We make sure that each puppy has plenty of personal attention , and that it has all of its vaccinations and dewormings that is required of its age at the time of going to its new home. We also aim to make sure that upon recieving your Bully, that you are completely satisfied with the pick that you have selected. The ABKC American Bully Standards
General Impression:
The American Bully should give the impression of great strength for his size. The breed is well put-together and is muscular, but agile and graceful, and keenly alive to their surroundings. The American Bully should be stocky, and not long-legged or racy in outline. The breed is very outgoing with an eagerness to please. Their courage is proverbial.
Head:
Medium length, deep through, broad skull, very pronounced cheek muscles, distinct stop, and high set ears. Ears - Cropped or uncropped. Eyes - All colors except albinism. Round to oval, low down in skull and set far apart. Muzzle - Medium length, rounded on upper side or slightly squared to fall away abruptly below eyes. Jaws well defined. Under jaw to be strong and display biting power. Lips close and even, some looseness accepted, but not preferred. Upper teeth to meet tightly outside lower teeth in front or scissor bite accepted. Nose all colors acceptable.
Neck:
Heavy, slightly arched, tapering from shoulders to back of skull. No looseness of skin. Medium length.
Shoulders:
Strong and muscular with blades wide and sloping.
Height: Males 18 - 21 inches
Height: Females 17 - 20 inches
There is no particular weight for the breed.
